Nicky started his hoist journey having an instant interest in vertical access machinery from day 1. 14 years later he teamed up with Steve to pursue the challenge of creating the best and most efficient hoist company. Adopting the good practises from all the companies he’s worked alongside.
Danny Pruce
Field Supervisor
Danny worked in construction before becoming a vertical access engineer and quickly found a passion for the industry. 12 years and many projects later I still have that passion and have built a vast experience in hoist and MCWP installation. In my spare time I enjoy time with my family
Mark Watkins
Installer
Mark spent 15 years in the British Army in the Royal Electrical Mechanical Engineers where he became a fully qualified welder fabricator. He has been installing mast climbers and hoists for over a year. He has a passion for his family, fishing and hunting.
Bradley Hutcheson
Installer
I have 7 years experience in the vertical access industry, my first ever job coming out of sixth form. Starting out on MCWP’s and progressing into hoists.
Billy Coombs

Billy has spent over 8 years in the industry, installing MCWPs and hoists. Outside of work Billy’s passion is spending time with his family and playing football.

Darren Holmes

Darren spent 10 years in the construction industry before moving to rack and pinion hoists for the last 5 years. Darren has vast experience on Alimak 650’s.
Luke Savine

6 years experience on all hoists big and small.
Mast climber installation experience.
Wayne Lovegrove
Lead Installer
Wayne started at Severn Sky in 2022 having spent 10 years in the rack and pinion construction hoist industry. Wayne is competent in hoists and MCWPs.
Alex Rawlings
Installer
Alex started at Severn Sky in 2023 having spent 12 years in the rack and pinion hoist industry. Alex is competent in hoists, MCWPs and common towers.
Jonathan Barker
Service & Inspections
Jonathan joined the Royal Electrical & Mechanical Engineers at 16. After 6 years he left and started his career in the hoist industry, most recently carrying out Thorough Examinations on lifting equipment as a Surveyor.
Natasha Osbourne
HR & Finance Manager
Natasha does all our admin work and keeps the team in order. She looks forward to learning more about the industry and watching the company grow.
Lisa Bitmead
Service Administrator
Lisa works closely with the team as the service administrator, Helping with the running of the team’s day to day schedule and ensuring paperwork is all in order.
